Terms of Service

1. The service

TrackMyTrade is an online journaling and analysis software for trading, developed and run as an independent project. It lets you record trades, calculate statistics and apply risk-management rules defined by the user.

2. No financial advice

The service does not provide investment advice, recommendations or trading signals. Calculations, statistics, simulations, tax reports and AI coach answers are for information only. Trading involves a high risk of losing capital and every decision remains the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Account

To use the service you must create an account with truthful data and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for the activities carried out with your account.

4. Plans, trial and renewal

• Today the service is free and includes every feature, with no credit card.
• If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance: nothing will be charged without your explicit choice.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. By asking to start using the service immediately, you acknowledge that, in the event of withdrawal, payment may be due for the part of the service already provided, in accordance with consumer law.

6. Exchange connections

For syncing you must use API keys with read permission only. Never use keys that allow trading or withdrawals: TrackMyTrade doesn't need them.

7. Your data

The content you enter remains yours. You can export and delete it at any time. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided with the utmost care but without any guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or errors, including in data imported from exchanges. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for trading losses or decisions made on the basis of the data shown.

9. Governing law and contacts

Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence remain competent. For any request contact us via the support form in the app (Feedback button).
